Also have stars surround each handle on the steering wheel.

I’d just like to request a totalitarian flag, with a black background. I’d like the addition of rails, like here, going along the hoist of the flag. In the centre, I’d like the wheat from here, with either a V (or this V), or a Dragon’s Eye. I’d like the flag to be of high definition of possible. The wheat and V or dragon’s eye can be red.

I think the red-black-red is better, plus it fits with the banners on the symbol.

Is it possible for someone to take the pattern shown in this flag and make it protrude out less as well as run from left to right rather than top to bottom?

Also at the center could you add a ship wheel found on the link provided or one similar to the one found in this flag and resting on top of it have a headdress similar to this (does not have to be the image provided). And finally, add a fox heraldry to the left and right of the centerpiece.

I know it's a lot, but I would be really thankful for anyone who could make this for me as I am in the process of making a custom map/world for my nation and see no better way to continue the revamp of my factbook, than to finally have a custom flag of my own for once lol.

P.S. If it is not possible I am still interested and seeing whatever the next best thing will be.
