Flag Makers/Requests II

I'd like to request the following: a red-black flag divided diagonally, red above and black below, with a gold stripe between them. In addition, in the top left canton, a white gear, and in the lower right canton a white plough.

Nothing too flashy, just a vertical white flag with a black mace on it. Underneath the mace I'd like it to simply say "MACE" in black, all capitals. Another thing - if possible, I'd like the head of the mace to be a skull.

Colors darker, only colors I'm against are yellow, pink, purple and blue since they don't show very well.

1. The flag resolution seems a bit too small to work with, actually. Do you have any other higher-resolution copies available?
2. You should have posted this request here, rather than making a seperate, short-span thread.

Eagles colors are fine, if say whatever fits/looks best for the flag.
