I don't think you can find a region that only does GP. There are regions that prioritize it or have developed GP departments (the UCR being one of them) but that's all.

Here at the Worldly Debate Region, we have a debate (about every) week. That's about as complicated as we get. And you don't even have to participate in anyway. In a little while, we may start back up some IC legislative stuff, but that'll all offsite, and takes up no space in the RMB. So if you don't want to see it, you never will.

While we're at it, do steer clear of trolling entire sections of the playerbase who simply enjoy the site differently than you do. Calling everything else "toxic timewasting" is pretty much trolling the entirety of the roleplaying communities, the debate communities, the World Assembly types, and so on. I suggest you spend some time reviewing the site rules before proceeding further.
