For as long as I've been watching the TNP WA threads, which is since I authored Commend Texas, they've always voted according to the forum vote at the onset of a new resolution vote. They haven't stacked or stomped in the direction WALL does at all. Hell, not even all of the WALL regions vote on resolutions anymore.....
