So Specifically and Exactly which regions were targeted. I see a tag:wa (World Assembly) - Last I remember the World Assembly was an international body of nationstates law, whose members vote on legislation. aka Not a Region. If your region is awesome and your people are happy then you have nothing to fear. But, I mean, if you feel threatened enough to complain about a recruitment telegram going to members of an international body of law then I would be concerned and be actively trying to make your region better over complaining about how unfair, legal, recruitment tactics are being used.

I am always up for allowing people to choose on their own where they wish to live and not claiming them as regional property with barcodes to boot.

Yes it is true. We realize that it must have been "so difficult" for Libcord to have extra troops over and train them.

We are very thankful that they chose to train voluntarily without any interest whatsoever our entire army. We are sorry that we showed up at every update and we're extremely sorry that some of us, sacrificed our sleep, waking up at 4 and sometimes 3 o'clock in the morning to get ourselves ready for the updates and aid the cause of the Defenders. Additionally we apologize that we could raise numbers of troops equal and sometimes surpassing the numbers of TGW and the entire Libcord Alliance. But most importantly we are sorry that we sacrificed much of our breath for a cause ran by individuals of such low regards, whom requested our troops to renounce their affiliation with our region but continue serving Libcord's intersts.

No worries though, history has been a great teacher for us and we will get back up quite soon!

Generally I think GP regions only really view recruiting from (re-)founded and ejected as valid, with the only exceptions generally being raiders/defenders doing it off each other (and similar IC reasons) and OOC blacklisted regions.

Why would you do that? Nobody should sacrifice sleep or anything else important in RL for updating. All the other issues completely aside.

Well you know, I am just gonna speak from my heart. Me and a lot of Enadians back then were idealists. We loved contributing and we loved helping around. We loved our work in ITDA and then AIR and finally Libcord. We loved helping other regions out. We never criticized or stuck our noses in other regions issues and business. Mostly because we believed in the power of a community. We believed that it is the fundamental right of each region to go through their sh*t on their own, without having the pressure of Internationals constantly overlooking them and making harsh or unnecessary comments or even attacking them publicly just to scrutinize and demonize their image.

So a lot of us, would simply make plans and round tables as to how we could make Enadia more user friendly and help out Libcord and the Defenders on their sacred duty of defending and liberating occupied regions.

So looking a lot back on how things developed from then - to now. The same people we trusted and respected, were also the same ones that turned their backs to us by the time that we said enough to their unorthodox methodologies that were slowly killing our community. They were the same people that when they pushed the sh*t to hit the fan in Enadia, then they acted so nice and they were so ready and willing to take our members over as "refugees". So the whole EU v NSGP thing which has been going on for a long time now, is laughable enough to me, to the extend of simply not taking seriously any of these guys any longer.

And in fact it is understandable why the whole diplomacy positioning is failing in NationStates. Regions needs to respect one another even when they have opposing views on fundamental things. Regions need to respect the laws and policies of one another. Regions need to find a middle ground and find a common language. When the whole conversation aligns towards one side and there is no space or room for alternatives or compromise, this is how you fail diplomatically. When you turn your gun on someone and you tell them "It's either our way or no way", my friend you have f*cked up majorly. At least this is my opinion.

Anyhow, Libcord lost a committed member region. AIR lost a committed ally. And many other regions lost the respect we had towards them and how we were looking up to them. So, is this making me sad? Maybe. But in the end, no matter what we try or how much we try to show our commitment in different matters, it will never be enough for the NSGP. And that take us to the final point. We will do what makes us happy and we will strive towards our goals, no matter how many people will go against us. Love over hate.

Even in the past is was considered to be poaching to target people, it could be a lot mind you in one place, but it wasn't generically the whole place. In the case of UCR regions it would just have been illegal recruitment for throwing telegrams at X region(s), then legal later on.

Mr. Prime Minister I have already elaborated on this matter with you, where I last informed you that I will bring your concerns over to the President, if I am not mistaken. Former President Green Africa has as already provided his recommendations to our former Minister of Defense.

As I have told you as well back then, the EU never claimed to be solely defenders or raiders. The Enadian Union is an independent region and we take no sides. As an independent region we operate on the basis of EU's interests and as such we will continue our work. As the current elected President of the EU|07 Administration I promise to you that the EUF will be raiding Nazi and Fascist regions and we will continue planning strategic strikes until the end of 2019 according to our Interior agenda.

Taking in consideration the nature of your inflammatory responses that you have been providing thus far with zero constructive criticism or an argument where we can elaborate on, I can honestly say that I would normally not be wasting any time attempting to respond, but I believe that at least you deserve a form of basic respect, so I will grand you such. Since you brought up AIR and our work in AIR, I am not sure whether you are aware that the EU, the LCRUA and the FNR were the founding regions of the organization.

The EU was a major contributor both in AIR's forces and also has been providing major support in Libcord as well. In fact I can vaguely remember a Libcord officer saying in the Discord chat, that the Gray Wardens better play their cards right with the EUF and the Defenders would be unstoppable. I remember also another officer cheering us up by saying that we are able to collect more forces for even smaller updates. So in a quick summary, the number of EUF forces that used to be in Libcords Discord were about 30-40. So I would be concerned that you're not being updated that often.

Moving on, the EU was a major contributor in AIR as I mentioned above. Running multiple projects, assisting regions via the EU|AID program, or through the Global Citizen Project which we founded.

When the FNR collapsed the only two major contributors in AIR were the EU and the LCRUA.

Later on South Asians from the LCRUA reached out to us, inviting us to shut down AIR and create an Institution similar to TGW. Which proposal we rejected as it seemed a rushed move and it would be leaving us with zero resources. Once we rejected, South Asians started a huge propaganda in the LCRUA claiming that we asked them to merge with the EU, while the context of our conversation was quite different and had nothing to do with SA's claims.

Soon after the LCRUA left AIR and we were the only region left behind. That concludes the long story. I hope you are much more enlightened now.

I disagree with Latrovia on many things, but on actual facts there is no disagreeing to be done. Enadia did not bring about the collapse of AIR, the fault for that lies squarely at the door of the LCRUA. I was one of the people attempting to make sense of the often confusing, and always confused, mixed signals coming out of the LCRUA during those few days: as an Enadian government minister at the time (I've held virtually every position, I don't know which I was, may have even been president, don't recall) I requested proof from the LCRUA that anybody in the Enadian administration had requested them, or even suggested to them, that they merge into Enadia; no proof was forthcoming.
