The Anti-Communist Alliance of Nations (A-CAN)

I would like to propose a new voting block of nations who are against the spread of filthy communism within the Security Council.

Image

The Anti-Communist Alliance of Nations (A-CAN) opposes Marxism and unnecessary government intervention in all of its forms within the Security Council. We are in favor of freedom of speech, equality of opportunity, innovative solutions to societal problems, and free and fair trade. We reject the moral-social interventionism frequently deployed in communist nations. We further reject B.S, baseless liberations grounded in ideological politics.

The purpose of A-CAN is threefold. Firstly, we act as a coordinated block to ensure there is no vote splitting. Secondly, our presence sends the message to communist/pinko nations that we are not taking their crap anymore. Thirdly, we provide a network by which regions can coordinate and plan forthcoming motions in the Council.

The only requirement to join A-CAN is that your nation disavow communism and socialism in all of its forms.

As A-CAN grows, I would imagine that we will eventually establish a more formalized structure and write up a declaration or constitution. For now, we will probably just communicate in this forum and through telegram.

The first three eligible people to sign the declaration will be listed as founding members.

CURRENTLY AT VOTE: "LIBERATE FEMDOM EMPIRE"

RECOMMENDED VOTE: Against.

Well are you for free speech or not, considering your proposal to liberate ISIS Land...?

Is this fascist related? The famous Anti-Comintern Pact was between Nazi Germany & Japan, later they were joined by a variety of fascist countries....

Oh, c'mon, why'd you have to kill this so early on? This could have been thoroughly entertaining!

I have yet to pass a judgement on this new organization, A-CAN, but I don't see how it's contradictary to set up a political organization and expect your members to share the views of the larger organization. The point of freedom of speech is that you are willing to defend the rights of even those you disagree with to speak their mind on political matters.

The ISIS Land liberation is only half-serious, to be fair. But if people actually are in favor of it, then yeah.

Communism and socialism are very much not in favor of freedom of speech. That's the whole point of cultural Marxism: to regulate one-to-one interactions between people. IMHO, that's abhorrent.

To be clear, if people are commies, I do not care. That's your free speech and association. But consider us your rivals.

And fascists and Nazis somehow are in favour of free speech, going by your twisted logic?

Yeah, how about a little less of the trolling-flavor image spam? You can dislike communists in regards to NS Gameplay without the "kill all the <group you don't like>!" rhetoric. :eyebrow:

Neither Fascists or Communists support free speech, but they both have a right to it. And please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not seeing where the OP is arguing in favor of Nazism. Though the two ideologies fight a lot, the enemies of Communism are not a dichotomy, nor does opposition to one imply support of the other.

Very true!
I’m just wondering why an organization dedicated to standing up for freedom of speech would make such a show about opposing communists and socialists while being suspiciously quiet about Nazis and fascists.
Combine that with the name? Which seems like a variation of the fascist Anti-Comintern Pact? And the AnCap colour scheme of the logo? It all just seems like dog-whistle fascism.

Here’s hoping A-CAN proves me wrong though! Assuming they actually amount to anything.

Those are all understandable concerns. As an outside observer, I hope they do turn out to be simply anti-communist, not fascist. I, for one, would love to see some kind of anti-collectivist organization that would fight both Fascism and Communism.

Anything at all?

It seems to me that existing orgs have anti-fascism covered pretty extensively here.

The fact that you're willing to tolerate fascists, but not socialists, many of whom stand for freedom of speech and democracy, is very telling.

I would make a bet on how long this is going to last, but something tells me that it won't even make it off the ground.

Your organization is marred with contradiction and hypocrisy. Others have already pointed it out, so I won't bother.

I support you guys. The communist and Marxists are a plague and they hit pieces against any moral region that isn't Marxist is sickening. The communist WA must be stood up to
