Imperial Statement From The Eastern Loligarch Order

Over the last few months, the Executive of The East Pacific has become increasingly aware of a threat that our predecessors did not truly consider when they composed the Concordat. This regional hazard takes shape in the form of the userite menace. After much consideration and discussion, The East Pacific has decided that changes must be made immediately to rectify this situation. There is no reason why we should be forced to tolerate a userite presence when they have so often failed to consistently participate and contribute.

Therefore, The East Pacific declares itself an enemy of all Userites, declares that all Cosmopolitans presently in the region are to be quarantined, and acknowledges the New Pacific Order to be our closest ally and source of guidance in this matter. Francoism is the only viable way to cleanse this region of the userite plague, such as has infected other regions in recent times. In order to protect The East Pacific from such a fate, all Userites and Cosmopolitans are barred from any government position and those who already have one will be isolated and tried on an individual basis. There will be no trace of userite influence once this menace has been purged.

Given the fact that the Concordat is no longer viable, our Loligarch, Queen Yuno, declares that the Confederated East Pacific is hereby abolished and is to be replaced by the Eastern Loligarch Order. Queen Yuno is to be hereby established as Delegate for Life, up until she chooses to retire and pass on her throne to a worthy successor.

I'm amazed people didn't see this coming. When TEP's server jokes about purging and userites, they weren't jokes - we're quite serious about abandoning cosmopolitans and userites, particularly cosmopolitan userites. Bottom line: if you don't have full time to dedicate to the region, don't try to join. We've had too many cases of people joining and then leaving for other affairs or abandoning their posts because they had jobs elsewhere. Upon officially meeting representatives from the NPO and being exposed to actual Francoist thought, it became clear.
