The defenders have a right to try and liberate it, but I didn't raid it. I just joined and someone endorse me.
So there is no need for a liberation.

It isn’t “your” region. It belonged to someone else who CTEd. Now, restricting someone from endorsing others is just too dictatorial. Just allow 1 endorsement anyways, and you’re fine.

Yep. It’s possible that he may get banjected since he may be unaware of the protection of the region.

You can’t. Since you have “couped” it, the defenders will still get back at you for that. However, leaving the delegacy behind could stop you from being banned.
