Sure, you could take the region's WA delegate seat with a big enough force, a tight enough trigger and masterfully timed jump, and a lot of luck; but it wouldn't do you any good, you can't do anything with it. That's basic R/D 101 right there. If a region has an active founder, it's already pretty much impossible to take over. If a region has an active founder and a non-executive WA delegate, it is impossible to take over.

If you are serious about getting involved in the game mechanics driven world of R/D Gameplay, read and review the resources available and educate yourself on the basics. Blindly pushing ahead and making the same mistakes over and over again is not going to get you anywhere.

Sure, but that's just relying on the Founder of the place being stupid enough to actually get infiltrated that badly. Consiair has never demonstrated any capable GP behavior in his time on NS, actually regressing more as time has gone by. If I recall correctly, he even earned himself a DEAT recently. The Black Hawks aren't stupid, and a plan like that would not work on them. So for anyone reading this post and thinking that they can totally trick The Black Hawks into doing that, please stop wasting your time and everyone else's time. If you want to work to stop raiders, join a capable defender organization or at the very least train yourself independently to a capable enough level that you're able to work with the rest of Defenderdom.

That they then got wrecked by raiders from the inside afterwards was a huge letdown though. I would have loved to have a seen a 'new' region using the same name surviving.
