Accidentally banned the judiciary.

Apparently, at some point in my nation’s distant past, I answered an issue that ended up banning my judiciary. Two questions:

1) How did I accomplish this, and which issue might have done it?

2) How do I undo it? How many issues are floating around out there that might lead to me being able to reverse this? (I guess that’s actually three questions...)

I can't tell you which issue might have done it, or which issue will fix it, but there is no decision that you can make in NationStates that can't be reversed with time and patience. Keep answering issues and eventually something will come up to reinstate the judiciary.
