Have vassals been removed? I haven't been here in a while and I'd like to start a new nation without losing my old one. Thanks for any help!

You mean puppets? Just create a new nation. Your old one will still be there, so long as you log in at least once every 28 days (or 60 days with vacation mode enabled).

Remember, though, that you can only have one nation in the WA at a time. Anymore than that and you will have to deal with an angry mod beating you upside the head with a rolled up magazine.
