We're now at the time of year where it's getting very cold for a lot of us, and very hot for slightly fewer of us, which makes this the best arbitrary point in our endless drifting through the void to recognise those of us who can press buttons faster than others. The voting for these awards will be entirely public, and will be completely ignored as winners will be selected based upon the position of the stars, and what sort of mood I'm in.
