Yea, I mean NS is just a fun game not to be taken so seriously, so why not run regional elections the way he runs awards then? Just pick some anonymous person to count the private votes only they see, sounds like a fair approach.

Either you're doing something for the community and therefore listen to them or acknowledge their concerns or {...}.

I have no idea who is running these or with what agenda and frankly I'm tired of puppets and puppetry and whether the organizer is known or unknown or well-loved or hated doesn't really matter - it does matter that the process seemed sketchy last year and even though numerous people commented on that - nothing was done to change the process.

You actually don't have to even solicit people to vote in that case just do something like the Academy's which is a specific and small group of people who choose things and the results usually don't compare to what people think or feel.
