Do you know of any region that organizes a Regional Academy/School/University in which member nations can share their knowledge with other member nations?Perhaps, native speakers of a language teach other member nations that language.Maybe nations help each other with revision.
Any examples would be welcome, as I am thinking of creating something like that in my region.
