So first of all, you're gonna want to spice up this opening post more. What is it about Dystopia that makes it worth joining? What does it offer people that their present regions don't already give them?

In worse news, the Gameplay forum really isn't an effective recruitment avenue. If you want regular immigration into your region, you're either gonna have to buy stamps, set up an API, or manually recruit.
