Charge's height should be approximately 71/Phi px.

I would like a complex banner that uses bright colors in order to express the Government's positive view on how thoroughly it oppresses its people. I once used a smiley face and crossbones to demonstrate this.

I would like the flag to be as vibrant as possible. Also, I would prefer if the flag took on more of a banner shape.
i.e. 3:1 Width:Height ratio.

Could you please make it like the blue part of the Flag of Burma (Myanmar) as shown here posting.php?mode=reply&f=12&t=4289 , without the the corn (ie, just the cog) and instead of the stars, some sheaths of wheat (like other socialist flags), at the right and left sides, also in white?
