Just do it as you see fit. You are, after all providing a free service. Too many flag makers have stopped taking requests because of the attitudes of those who can't be bothered to wait or learn how to do it themselves.

That's just the thing though, all he wants is for it to be resized even though it's useable as a flag as is.

Okay... huge request.
Me and another nations has formed a Commonwealth, and we have decided to merge our flags.
We ask for the following:
The flag colors divided into five sections (1 column and 4 other squares)
The top right and bottom left boxes would be blue
The top left box would be red with a picture of a walrus
The bottom right box would be gold/yellow with a trident and a crown at the base of the trident.
The column would be white and would divide the four boxes.

Other than that, the flag is open to any suggestions the creator might have.

Can I have a Georgia (country) flag replace the white with black and replace the crosses with:

On the upper right hand corner, An eagle (similar to the eagle from Nazi Germany..but I'm no Nazi) In a darker red than the center cross. The Top left cross replaced with A white lion, like a decorative lion. Bottom left corner a red revolver with the barrel facing the eagle on the upper right. And on the lower right corner a white dove facing the lion. In the red cross, in any color as long as you can see it, horizontally can I have my motto in it? If someone can do this for me much appreciation. Thank you.

National Flag:

Would it be possible to modify the existing flag: same bi/tricolor design (three vertical stripes, outside stripes blue, inside stripe dark grey), but with twenty stars arranged in a circle? I'd prefer the stars to be either silver or gold, but if you think some other color works better with the initial flag's color-scheme, that's your call.

Specifications:
Golden, black, and silver, quartered. No requirements for how each color should be used: do what you think looks good and like a national flag. Sledgehammer should probably find its way into one of the quarters (probably top right one), surrounded by three stars (silver).

Skraelingia
Specifications:
Grey, stylized wolf's head on tear-drop-shaped shield, crossed lances. Crimson border. Fill color either of grey, light blue (cyan, perhaps?), or dark purple.

Crossed Keys (similar to on the Papal/Vatican Coat of Arms) in center of diagonally bisected rectangle (top left to bottom right). Left half should be royal blue, right half should be gold. As the OP of this thread is an ex-nation, and flag makers come and go on this thread, I propose that, if the mods agree, a new thread is made by myself, and I'll C&P all the requests that people make in it, into the OP, so any flag maker can come along and see what people want, and make it.
