Does anyone remember me? Because I've lost my old flag, and I haven't really got the programs I'd need to remake a new one.

If not, it was a gray border, almost like a computer monitor, surrounding a black background. In the very center of the black was a yellow smilie face, but one that was distorted and pixellated to the point it was pretty freaky.

I would like this with the dividing line shifted to the left such that the left side is half the size of the right. Then I'd like a black Nordic cross whose vertical bar lines up with the original flag's dividing line. In addition, I'd like this in the upper left corner and this in the lower right corner. So my first flag is..kind of complex.
I need a ww2 Nazi germany flag, without the swastika, and in its place is a white dragon. At its feet is heart, dripping blood.And can you change the colors to white,and gold for the backgrounds? With the textures (I dont have this kind of stuff on my PC)

Then, I would like a custome style flag.

Can you make this one a star shape, seven pointed. With a black border, then a whiteone for the next. Gold and red stripes over laying the whole thing, except for the black and white part. In the center put a bloody hand, with these words translated into German. "We will not bow!" Put them on the hand. And underneith them put two swords cross. With some texture if ya can. Thank you. My thanks again for adding the pine cones to my flag.
Now, please could you make a couple of fairly minor changes to this design? I'd like the cones to be either distinctly paler or given a thin border in white, to help them stand out better against their background, and either the acorns enlarged or the pine cones shrunk (or, preferably, a bit of both) so that both those types of symbol are the same size.

On the upper right hand corner, An eagle (similar to the eagle from Nazi Germany..but I'm no Nazi) In a darker red than the center cross. The Top left cross replaced with A white lion, like a decorative lion. Bottom left corner a red revolver with the barrel facing the eagle on the upper right. And on the lower right corner a white dove facing the lion. In the red cross, in any color as long as you can see it, horizontally can I have my motto in it? If someone can do this for me much appreciation. Thank you.

There is no required pixel size, so I'm not sure what you mean.

He means the flag size. He wants it as close to 12kb as possible.
