I would like This banner but replace the XII with IX as my flag, keep the colours and the size the same [you can enlarge it if you want] and replace the lightening bolt symbol with a bull [and I want everything that I just requested in the same spots as the original text and symbol].

Hello San Guillermo! While the flag you have provided me with before has been great, it has served its purpose. My government has changed from a communist empire to just a plain old empire. As such, I would like a new flag that is free of communist elements. I would like you to have a symbol similar to this one on my flag if it is possible. Other than that, it is up to you what you decide to put on the flag. Thank you.

I very much like my current flag (see avatar at left), blue heartagrams in the corners with the blue bars in the middle, which I made myself on Paint, but I would like bigger (see nation page). I was wondering if anyone with more knowledge of images than I would know what to do. I made it, saved it as jpeg, but as expected it came out grainy and very bleh-ish. So I re-saved the image as png, but then it was 17k, and I had to shrink it way down to get it to the current 11.2K.

EDIT: And if you could make it look better that'd be great too! I think it's evident I made it myself it doesn't look high quality.

In the top left corner of the flag, a golden andean cross with a red square in the center would be wonderful.
