A flame is directly insulting someone, however harsh. If i called you an idiot (which I'm not) then that would be flaming. Probably ot strong enough to earn an official warning, but enough for a "knock it off" by a Mod. Burchadinger essentially adressed the entire world by saying that, so it wasn't really directed at anyone. Ergo, not a flame.

Excuse me, if I recall I posted a couple of flags earlier.

I'm not knocking MS Paint, it's just that a lot of the stuff he did is quite wonky, uses only the default colours, you can see he only uses the line, rectangle and curve tools and can't even do that properly. Definitely needs to put in more practice.

And using the ROFL* smiley is going to do what? Make his flag quality better? no, it won't, it'll make him feel like crap because he probably put a lot of work into those. Next time, instead of laughing, and imply a big, loud "U FAILZ LOLZ!!!1!!one", give him some pointers. Just because you know how to make flags that some (not all) people consider higher quality doesn't mean you have to act like you lord over him. Personally, I quite like his work over yours.
