1. A dark blue base like the one currently on my flag

2. A wolf in the middle

3. The word "Live With Honor" in a banner over the top and the words "Die With Valor" in a banner on the bottom.

4. (optional) I'd like to keep the white trimming like on my current flag.

I'm not knocking MS Paint, it's just that a lot of the stuff he did is quite wonky, uses only the default colours, you can see he only uses the line, rectangle and curve tools and can't even do that properly. Definitely needs to put in more practice.

Update/simplification/repost:

I'm looking for a flag, center should be the current symbol displayed here, except in white instead of black.
Arching over the symbol should be the words "Better to die standing then live kneeling", also in white.
The whole shebang should be situated, centered on a black field.

The symbol being used here, for those not in the know, is the AG rating insignia for the US Navy.

I said in my post that due to various reasons it'll probably only be a once-off thing, but I fulfilled about three really simple requests earlier.
Let me see if I can get the link.

Hello, I noticed this topic has a number of outstanding commissions and I figured I would fill a few of the simpler ones. Apologies if I didn't do yours; my version of Photoshop is limited (doesn't have access to the Pen tool so I can't draw vector designs, for example) as are my skills. This is probably a once-off thing; I don't expect to fill any new requests. There's probably someone else who will be guaranteed to do it and is much better at Photoshop than I am.
