That first post wasn't spam, as we're asking regions to request booths here - that's fine. If a region requests a booth, by default they are expected to show and attend.

To expand a bit on the "expected to show" - we are intending to be a little stricter on the booth assignments this year.

As always, pre-booked booths go higher up the list, but you must have your booth set up before the official opening in order to claim this privilege. Latecomers will go into the general pool.

We will limit subsequent booth requests to the first two days. After that, new booths will only be granted in exceptional circumstances, and all unused booths will be deleted.
