One of the keys to starting your own region is laying down a basic foundation of what you want your region to be or in other words, what main activity do you want your region to focus on. Regional government, RP, R/D, Issue based, breaking some sort of NS record like most embassies, or multiple of the above or other. Once you got this set and done, you're ready to recruit. Another key is making your region stand out from the crowd. They're thousands of regions on NS. You got to tell people what does your region offer, that the other 20,093 regions doesn't or what does your region do differently. Essentially what makes your region unique, something new.
