Fulham hasn't won anything of substance in the past Time Period and I have absolutely no idea about ice hockey or what this has to do with TGW :P

What do you mean no idea about hockey!? Obviously Bruins are the best.

There's too much sports chat here, and not enough about how The Grey Wardens' greatest leaders aren't fit to lace the boots of even the least of the FRA's Arch Chancellors*.

*Incidentally both of those might be called Tim.

Aren't you the one who trained me how to R/D in the first place? I'm pretty sure someone could make a fair argument that you're to blame for me.

Anyways, Funkadelia was an Arch-Chancellor, so let's be honest here I could never be the "least" because I haven't failed at every single IC long-term project I've attempted. I think what we need to recognize is that the FRA ran so that the Wardens could fly. While you lot talk of threading the laces of your boots, we're out here threading our arrow shots trough Darkspawn hearts. I'm willing to compete though, Sedge, I'm happy to send you a link to Libcord if you'd like to flex those wings ;)

Always blame Sedge. Always. That's what we did in the sekrit lair. Even when he wasn't a mod.

I honestly can't tell if you took Sedge's bait, or if you're being equally facetious.

Don't worry, we were doing that for years as well. When he became a mod we could lump broken updates and forums going down onto his list of blame.

GREY WARDENS GOD GAMING E-SPORTS ORGANIZATION ANNOUNCES ROSTER CHANGES

Having closed out the first half of the 2020 R/D Season, The Order of The Grey Wardens is incredibly proud with the work being put in by the roster that we have put together. This year's meta was something that always appeared compatible with our playstyle and organizational structure, but there is still a specific satisfaction in seeing us be able to execute or gameplans consistently. Building around the devastating combination of our core DPS chasers, we have been able to beef up our Tank and Support lines in the process as well, and are confident that we will regain our title of the Anarchotopia Award. However, the work is far from over and we are cognizant that there is much of the season left still.

Moving into the second half of the 2020 R/D Season, with consideration to player commitments and the current meta, we will be executing the following rotations in terms of our starting roster.

First Warden Benevolent Thomas will be stepping down to Commander, and taking on the mantle of Delegate.

Commander Tim-Opolis will be moving into the First Warden Role.

We'd like to sincerely thank Benevolent Thomas for taking on that role for a good part of this season, as it's not an easy one by any means. Furthermore, we are are excited to see how we adjust and operate moving forward in this re-shuffled roster. It's going to be large shoes to fill, but our present record of success in matches and scrimmages indicates that we are more than equipped for the challenge ahead.

Having spent most of 2018 and 2019 as a Coach for the team, Tim's return to matches with the team this year has coincided with a significant uptick in activity. Thriving in the Main Tank role of this All-Star Lineup, he brings leadership and experience into relatively young roster, as well as an unfathomable level of charisma personality outside of competitions. Arguably the best Main Tank for the current meta, Tim's decade-length career in the league has demonstrated ability to execute victory under a variety of conditions. The Grey Wardens Organization is confident that this move will allow for us to continue carrying forward in our mission to win, win, win, no matter what.

Asked about the appointment, the newly minted First Warden had the following to say:

"It's really an honor to take over the First Warden role on this incredibly talented roster. I feel that we've had a great energy this year, and the whole team is pushing for records. I might catch flak for it, but I'd say we already have the Anarchotopia, Sir Lans, Numero Capitan, Karputsk, and Eluvatar awards in the bag. Can I say that? I'm saying it. The heights that we've been reaching this season speak for themselves, and I don't think there's any doubt in my mind that we'll continue closing out the season with the same intensity. Huge credit to the DPS line; Merlin, Vinny, and Haku. I think part of what has made us so devastating this season is the ability to rotate that cast for basically ever-present coverage. Our Supports have been huge as well, as has been everyone who has played updates at any point this season, and this has all been pretty conducive towards my season absolutely fucking carrying on Main Tank.

I'm really looking forward to closing out the rest of this season on a high."

Not Even The Darkspawn Can Deny It

This brings the present Grey Warden Command Roster to the following:

First Warden / Main Tank: Tim-Opolis
High Constable / Flex DPS: Sir Merlin
Chamberlain / Main DPS: Haku

Commander / Flex DPS: Vincent Drake
Commander / Main Support: Deadeye Jack
Commander / Off Support: Altmoras
Commander / Off Tank: Roavin
Commander / Off Tank / Delegate: Benevolent Thomas

In War, Victory.
In Peace, Vigilance.
In Death, Sacrifice.

Your thread title is a lie, I was expecting multiple retirements and entries into your roster rather than a single switcheroo :pandasob:

I'm sorry that my ability to single-handedly carry half of this R/D metagame isn't enough for you.

I’m waiting for when we see a scandal where the First Warden is giving secrets to the Black Hawks for stock options.

More like the inverse, the stock options are too sick to pass on, even for the hawkies ;)

I represent the other half, the ones that bitch about old times (FRA is still better than UDL :D ), so you're doing a fine job of carrying us old folks into the next era.

FRA will always be better than the UDL. Frankly, I think the best thing we can do about the UDL on-site is basically pretend it didn't exist.

This does two things. For starters, it eliminates us having to constantly remember basically the lowest point our faction has been at. Also, I think there's some people who might get really tilted by it.

Third, it frees us from the words of John Milton.
