And again, no NSFW intent, as much as you want to interpret that into it. I was around when the entire "Daddy" thing started, and that predated even the first GP report about it. It was always about being the "concerned parent", never about some sort of kink shit. You don't have to believe me — ask any high-level defender leadership from the past three years that you trust, and they can confirm this.

No I am not the kind of player that tries to start any rollercoaster of this shit neither I tried to imply that this was TGW's original stance on the matter. I know that it didn't turn out to be the fun you'd hope to attract but as I said, it looks bad that this is an official announcement. It could be an inside joke for sure, but not an official announcement to the NSGP.

Yes, to Reppy. There's no one in this day and age who is on social media of any kind who does not know that this has a sexual connotation and let's be real it's been used in a sexually connotative way in the past as well. In either context it means or implies sexuality and dominance. Not even getting into that more and more of the players involved especially in R and this game are underage. Here's another 2019 lesson about harassment -> when someone tells you repeatedly to stop behaving or referring to or attempting to contact\touch\communicate with them in a certain way and you continue to do so with complete disregard for their personal and mental space - it is a form of harassment.

This is a point I made to another person over Discord but maybe stop acting like it's whatever old Weinstein\Eppstein era where stupid creepy shit like this was considered okay or no one had any recourse to say anything because the person speaking out would be stigmatized.

It's 2019, society has attempted to make progress and called out some of the backwards actually creepy behavior. Instead of doubling down on it (which itself wasn't surprising because that has been on par for the course with those particular players defending shady and shitty behavior for some time now) just cut it out and stop making excuses for being creepy.

No on is entitled to making creepy, sexualized or sexually charged statements to others to feel good about themselves.

The Metal Warriors of the Grey Wardens, the knights of TITO and South Pacific, and the sell-sword named Greyview rode down the highway connecting cities of Kirkwall and Ostwick.

Their mission was simple, to seek out any darkspawn and to show them what The Oath of the grey wardens meant. As they rode the highway in the breezy autumn night, the Wardens could sense the presence of darkspawn and hear Drums of Doom.

The ground near them started to rumble, and multiple hurlocks emerge from underground led by an Alpha Hurlock, who's ready to commit Violence and Bloodshed. Ser Vincent, Ser HC, and Ser BlightBane led the companions to battle against the darkspawn, while Ser Merlin set darkspawn Burning by casting constant fireball from further away.

Metal clashed violently with metal, Darkspawn fell, and the grey armor of the knights was colored red by the blood. The battle was soon over, and the Wardens and their companions were victorious.

Not sure who you are and don't really care but if people had listening or communicating skills we wouldn't be here. If an issue isn't resolved through communication then calling people out in public sometimes helps and this isn't the first time this has been brought up (as noted in an earlier post).

I have enjoyed a lot of TGW posts for being creative or funny or thematically awesome but this one is creepy and needs to die especially since concerns about it have been vocalized repeatedly and ignored. (And notwithstanding that I do wish some of the complainers applied their own value system to the way they play\played including retroactively but if wishes were wonders...)
