I'm looking to try to grow my region on NS and was wondering how do I recruit new nations on NS Manually?

I wrote a little dispatch over a year ago that should help.

You can also check the guide "How to Build a Region" for more information.
In=character, Kaboomlandia is a World Assembly member and abides by its resolutions. If this nation isn't in the WA, it's for practical reasons.

If I remember correctly, it starts at 15 seconds and decreases by one second for every 100 days the nation has existed, down to a limit of 5 seconds.
