California, a dying Region

I have waited a long time to reenter California. Ever since I left to Safe California for Z-day and that whole ordeal was over, they never once, after multiple requests, gave me the password to reenter the region. Help me get back to my home.

The password isn't visible to residents, so unfortunately I can't help you; It looks as though only whoever controls the 'Vice-Delegates' can do so...

It's quite depressing to me what's happened to California, I remember ~5 years ago when it was a thriving region. I was hoping you guys would refound eventually, although that has obvious risks...

Apologies, but we have been busy elsewhere! We can give you the password, let you in, and then change it immediately thereafter. That would allow you to return while keeping the region relatively safe. It would have to happen pretty quickly, however. Does that work for you?

Crisis averted, I guess. I hope I can get one of my friends in.
