History
The Government of the Order was at its birth in 2015, under the supreme control of the founder assisted by two Duumvirs. As time passed, Ministers began to be appointed various positions of power, and the Ministry began to grow in power, with its most powerful office being the Minister of War.

The Duumvirate and the Ministry began to decline in power when the World Assembly Delegate was granted total control rivalled only by the founder. This led to a period of stagnation in the Duumvirate and the Ministry, as people began to prioritise election to obtain Delegacy.

After a period of infighting, the privileges offered to bearers of delegacy were removed, and by a vote of the remaining Government, the Ministry and Duumvirate were disestablished, replaced by a more centralised government led by a Chancellor, who's control is prioritised above that of the founders to ensure democracy.

Following a huge resurgence in members in late 2016, the Chancellor passed an act to restore the Duumvirate as regional guardians, with the new Duumvir of the Order and Duumvir of the people instituted in early 2017. Following a recruitment campaign, membership spiked up to around 50, before settling around the lower 40s, unimaginable from earlier on in the history when the region barely had half that.

Nowadays, the order is a Faxian dominated land with Googalian Minorities becoming Insurgents. The Duumvirate is non-existent, and the Poet Laureate somehow became Chancellor.

Hetrica officially condemned

The nation known as Hetrica, known in The Radiant as Dexaliano, has been officially condemned by the Order of the Southern North.

Hetrica was a former OSN Minister of War, and was a two time Regional Delegate. He joined the Order in late in the February of 2016, and frequently roleplayed with early Order members, including his initial war against the Theocratic Regime of The Court. His yearlong residence in the Order made him highly influential in the region. During the October of the same year, a scandal occurred in The Radiant, a closely allied region, after a revelation on their Regional Forums that Hetrica shared an IP Address with a nation named Dexaliano, the Radiant Minister of Civil Affairs. Dexaliano was promptly banned from The Radiant, and caused a huge rift that led to the temporary suspension in the alliance with The Radiant. To make matters worse after the internal betrayal of trust, Dexaliano also began an allegeded fake health crisis about Hetrica.

A poll voted on by the OSN and The Radiant, among various other nations, has voted unanimously 5-0 for the condemnation, with the remaining five voters having abstained.

With the crisis finally being resolved on both sides, the case can now rest, and we now turn our backs on this troublesome event.

Duumvirate reestablished

Following the passage of the OSN Second Duumvirate Act, the Duumvirate has been re-established.

The Duumvirate was originally formed by Indo-Malaysia in February 2016 to serve as assistants in running the Order. The inaugural Duumvir of the Order was Royal Belgium, while the inaugural Duumvir of the People was The Moabadan Moabad Zarathustra. Over time, as democratic elections of Delegates took priority the power of the Duumvirate dwindled, and became guardians rather than politicians.

During the November Reforms of the Order, the Duumvirate was disestablished, leading to Moabad and future Chancellor Unnamedland being relinquished of their status. It wasn't until late December that the Chancellor of the Order submitted the Second Duumvirate, which was passed by the citizens of the Order.

Following the reestablishment of the Duumvirate in the 3rd of January 2017, Indo-Malaysia once again chose the inaugural Duumvirs of the New Duumvirate. The Duumvir of the Order chosen to be Chzek, while his counterpart the Duumvir of the People was chosen as Tiscian.

The New Kingdom of Folkvangr

Earlier today, the once honourable and dignified nation of Rovikstead has ceased to exist, with its peoples now in a state of anarchy. The nation was a former resident of the Order, and was the founder of The Kingdom of Folkvangr.

With the downfall of Rovikstead came the inevitable downwall of Folkvangr. A terrified villager from Folkvangr named Puppet Nation 101 asked for assistance in safeguarding the Kingdom. Following a temporary move to the OSN where they were well fed and rested, a oddly familiar seeming nation named The Indo-Malaysian Consulate refounded The Kingdom of Folkvangr as per Native/Villager request to protect power, with future officer positions now ready to be appointed.

The New Kingdom of Folkvangr (Though under its old name) has had whatever left of the original salvaged and will hopefully stand the test of time to let Folkvangr shine longer.

Faxian Residents under threat from Googalian Minorities

The Cult of the Fax Machines has been well established in the Order following its creation by Durastan. With major initial opposition, the entirety of the Order eventually converted to the Fax Cult, with it later spreading to the Rovikstead Dynasty of The Kingdom of Folkvangr (The New Kingdom is not under quarantine), and less devastatingly, The United Coalition of Nation States.

The Faxian Majority are however underthreat by Googalian Insurgents. The new minority faction within the Order was formed by Qeyt, a foreign power from the United Coalition. Former Faxians became corrupted by the Google Translate Cult. The OSN Fax Act, which protected the rights of Faxians (Punishments are vigilantes looting your 80s gadgets) is under threat of repeal and replacement with a Googalian successor aimed to overthrow the Faxian Regime.

Nuclear Apocalypse: Never Again

Two days ago, we bore witness to a catastrophe unrivalled in destruction. Full scale nuclear warfare had broken out amongst the nations and regions across the world.

Some claimed they had won the Great War, but there were no winners. Around 3.2 Million Nuclear Weapons were launched, devastating and leaving a lasting impact upon the world.

The Order was devastated by this war, and has been reduced to a smouldering wasteland. A last ditch effort led by the Satans Children faction to seek revenge was fruitless, and led to the demise of the governments of Indo-Malaysia and Crimoriak, leaving them to suffer in anarchy as the mutants run wild.
