Nope. When it comes to left-wing and far-left regions pretty sure TRF works like any professional defender organization. They don’t imperialize their allies, that would be an obvious strategic mistake. If they did, they’d have had that commendation repealed a long time ago.

Unless you count locking them down and leaving one puppet as defending. the point is that TRF are raiders as much as they are defenders, and they raid based almost purely on ideological grounds, which would make them fanatics.

True, but raids should have a reason aside from simply being an opposing ideology. There needs to be a justification. For instance, if the region attacked you first. Or if it raided an ally. Or if it has been attacking innocents (Which you have done before).

And maybe you missed it, but REATO destroyed several regions that were not raider regions whatsoever. Besides the aforementioned Congress of Armed Proletarian States (which was Liberated by the WA Security Council, then hawked - it's now back in our hands), they also stole (and later lost control of) Grenada, International Socialists, Juche Union, and others. They aren't some goody-two-shoes "libertarian democratic republic."

But does that give you the right to claim you're goody-two-shoes "Democratic Communist Liberators"? You have proven that to you, anything is ok as long as TRF does it. You are little more than a fanatic claiming to be the "savior of freedom". TRF and its allies are not the good guys.
