I expected more than just a simple raid. I expected more than just some tag raids and a report. Because it's basic, boring, and it's been all R/D has had for over five years. All they're doing is the same thing the other raider militaries are doing. And it makes me yawn so much. I know many others, raider and defender are bored by this as well. They've been saying it for years too.

Raiders used to give defenders a reason to go out and tell founderless UCRs to refound their regions before it was too late. Raiders used to be such a big threat. What are they now? They're just so...pedestrian.

If you wanna be the bad guys, then stop dragging your feet and be the bad guys.

Edit: hold up, this was the ballsmoment raid, nah VC was POPPING, this wasn't just non-boring to raiders, we actually missed a hit or two from laughing too hard at the mid raid memes to jump well.

What is "equally flammable"? I can gush about the old days before Halcones ruined everything with his spreadsheets, but even I can't remember raider groups not playing favourites, or not being influenced into some level of moderation by less willing allies. You'd have to go back to pre-influence and/or pre-founder days for that.

"Equally flammable" means every target was burned. No matter how big or how small, they were all gone in the end; a statue dedicated to their ruthlessness. A symbol of why every defender absolutely needed to show up. Because something was actually at stake every single update. Every region mattered. Even the dead ones. Now, I really hate to say it, most of them don't matter. Most of them just to have to scrub the walls and they're back to business as usual.
