From the timestamp it looks like the conversation happened before this announcement (possibly a while ago), and may have been referring to something else (since it only refers to military coop). It's more meant to embarrass Xor and damage TWP-TEP relations than "prove" anything about what happened now, really: TBH gets a single-line mention in the whole thing.

As far as I know, no GCR has ever blacklisted TBH before this. At least not during my time in NS. There have been times when some GCR militaries do not actively work with TBH, but I don't think that I have ever seen a blanket ban for being part of TBH.

To be clear, as Delegate I seriously considered asking the Regional Assembly for a declaration of war against The Black Hawks for their invasion of Stargate in 2012, but decided against it.

Bullying and intolerance should be eliminated whenever we see it. It is never acceptable behavior anywhere, but in NS we must be extra vigilant. Due to the anonymous environment, coupled with the fact that many people probably play this sort of game to run governments, the NS community is perhaps especially vulnerable. People bully in order to gain a sense of power, purpose or control. Many players here seek a simulation of the same, but they don’t do it by attacking or belittling others.
We must make it clear that anyone who chooses to act with hate will not only not gain the power or purpose they seek, but will be shunned and lose any prestige or good will they might have developed.
The recently released logs that document a pattern of intolerant behavior by Fest and Plagentine, which they do not deny are accurate, is unacceptable to The West Pacific. TWP is a region that will not tolerate bullying. Therefore, effective immediately, Fest and Plag are PNG in The West Pacific.

I was extremely critical of this policy, to the point of leaving TEP in protest. I am overjoyed that this dispute is finally settled, and cooler heads have prevailed with time.

IMPORTANT REGIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Change is inevitable and usually a good thing. Change can be a time for renewal and a time to improve. Change can also revitalize. It is time for a change.

For almost 300 days I have led The West Pacific. It has been a great ride. We have seen some old friends come back into the region, we have revived and created some wonderful RMB traditions, role play and games are happening on Discord, Today In The West starts the day with a fun conversation, Foreign Affairs and TWPAF projects our values across the game, and so much more.

As someone who grew up in The West Pacific, I am especially proud of the new generation of home-grown leaders that have taken up so many important positions for us. I know that the future of The West Pacific will be stronger than ever because of their work.

Therefore, it is now time for me to step aside and let someone else take the reins. As is our tradition in The West Pacific, I have chosen my successor. Neenee needs no introduction. She has been in the region for many, many years and is one of the most experienced players in the game. We have worked closely together even before I was Delegate and she knows exactly what needs to be done to continue to build on what already has been created. I can think of no better steward for the region.

I have no plans to leave this fine region that I have always called home. I will remain on as a Guardian and plan to be involved in the regional government.

As always, the change shall be orderly and peaceful. I would appreciate it if every WA nation in the region immediately endorses Neenee to allow for a smooth transition.
