Do you mean is there a maximum size your nation can get to? To that - not at the moment, the only restraint on population is time, the longer your nation is alive for, the larger your population gets. If you could keep it alive for months, you can get to over a billion citizens. Can you reword your question though, apart from my above guess I've got no clue what you are asking.
