Boneyard is the region for unneeded nations that their owners no longer use.

Just FYI, not allowed to use the ex-nation flag on a live nation.

"Ex-Nation Flag - Don't use it. It's a moderation tool, and is meant solely to designate ex-nations."

Might be a good idea to change it before you get smacked
