I've got a question that I would really like to get answered:
In 'nseconomy' there's this thing called Consumption, and I'd really like to know how to decrease that amount, i.e. lower the figure, possibly all the way down to 0%.
Does anyone know how to? What should my approach to the issues be if said is a goal?
(of course answers from nations who have actually got a 0% Consumption will be particularly welcome)
