The Knights of Ren

From a distant system, a young soldier stumbled across NationStates to find a world in turmoil, filled with chaos, vice, and strife. In an effort to bring the rule of law back to civilization, he founded a sacred order known as the Knights of Ren, a guild of elite warriors tasked with the elimination of anarchy and the restoration of a once-known stability by any means necessary.

Regional News Update
18th January 2016

Military

Upon foreign military request, the Knights of Ren participated in their inaugural military mission to support an occupation in St Abbaddon. Operation Fallen Angel, the name of the mission, was a massive success, with eleven members deploying into a distant galaxy within a short period of time. The number of warriors the Knights of Ren managed to muster given its young age is the foreshadowing of the emergence of a powerful and dominant force on NationStates in the near future. All ten Initiates attained their first service star and were promoted to the rank of Aspirant for talent and professionalism.✯

Politics
After the conclusion of nominations, a period of three days has been given to campaigning for the regional position of World Assembly Delegate. Eight nominees currently are in the race for one prestigious position. The delegate, when elected, will be expected to vote in the World Assembly according to regional interest on sensitive resolutions, while maintaining representation of the people for other proposals. A unifying example is the Security Council resolution to condemn The Land of Kings and Emperors, which contained a severely biased and factually incorrect argument. The opinion of the region matched that of regional interests and all WA members voted against accordingly.✯

Population
Founded a mere 23 days ago, the Knights of Ren quickly experienced a population growth, from seven nations two days later to 28 a week after that. On 9th January, the population of the region reached 39. With the deployment of the Knights in Operation Fallen Angel, the hard population level remained stagnant for the last couple of days. However, as the warriors returned home safely, the regional population of the Knights of Ren began to increase once again.✯

Not in the traditional sense, no. The Knights of Ren participate in the invasion game, whether it be raiding or defending, in order to promote its own regional interests, facilitate policy abroad, and assist the development of relations with allies. One possible reason for deployment may be to restore order and stability to a chaos-filled region.

As a mercenary group, the Knights will be willing to consider any aid request, after its own regional interests and the interests of its allies.

The "independent" tag was avoided due to the fact that we do have a political motivation that drives military endeavors forward.

While asserting total control over these colonies, we would hate to see the significance of their names perish in the ravishes of time; thus, the old World Factbook Entries are kept, albeit in light grey, as a reminder to all of the former influence of these regions and organizations.

Lord Szai Ren, will we have a vice delegate, and other jobs? A vice delegate, border control, and possibly announcer make sense. Also, you shoud except the request from TR8R. Regions serving the First Order need to work together, or Jedi will constantly annoy us.

I would like to thank the voters for my election. I couldn't have done this without you. Back during Operation:Fallen Angel, I was constantly thinking how to make our region great. KOR News Update:

Politics: As you know, I won the delegate election. Afterwards, I held elections for Deputy Minister, my assistant. It ended up coming between Scortopia and Simply A State of Mind. Neck at neck, I ended up choosing Simply A State of Mind. But they both did well, with 4 votes each.

Population: Population grew rapidly after Fallen Angel, going from 39 and peaking at 63. However, stagnation and an aging populace have made recruitment more important than ever. So if you have stamps, send them to feeder, sinker, and rejected nations.

Military: Lord Szai Ren will send orders soon. This will be updated then. However, endorsing helps. As Land of the Sith mentioned, we have many WA nations here, but not enough! Endorse all of them, as I have, and we can make the region powerful. But one thing: forget one, as it could upsurp my position as delegate illeagly.

Culture: Culture is annoylingly low. We have an RP you to join, and we often make polls and dissscussion. However, it is usually restricted to SASOM, Szai, Scortopia, and myself. So get active! You have no excuses! Thank you Land of the Sith for making a rare comment on the RMB. :clap:
