The Region That Has No Big Banks sounds like the right place for you! We have loads of opportunities to get involved in our regional government, as well as in our regional community where you can talk to us We're very welcoming and always looking for new people

It's true, they are very nice, and they have a simple and intuitive government.

I would suggest [region=Confederacy of Allied States]. As far as I know we have all of your requirements, with regional roleplays on the forums, a regional canon with a fair amount of war, and occasional debating on the RMB.

I'm looking for a new region, one that leans toward more primitive medieval stuff and fantasy, preferably both.

Not sure how active I'll be, depends on how the waters feel, but I'm interested in getting into NS again, and I feel like a good and fresh region would help me on the path.

Yo! For the last few days, as expected, I've been bombarded by a ton of recruitment messages, with all regions offering all kinds of things with RP being usually one of them, but quick browse of the forums show that RP on these regions is still really not quite focal. I remember back in the day, there were a lot of regions specialised specifically for RP but the ones that were around years ago, don't seem to be as much anymore. So can anyone here recommend any good regions that are primarily focused on RP side of things in NationStates still in 2017?

Welll, I'm rather looking at more long-term RPs with nations rather than shorter individual scenarios.

Greater Olympus might be a good fit we are a modern post modern region with a detailed map (one of the most in NS that I've seen.) And RPs are our focus. Our goal is realistic play with realistic nations.

My home region, Confederacy of Allied States, has a rather large regional canon focused on an Alternate Earth made with our nations. The current one ends tomorrow, which is when the planning for the next one begins. The last one will have lasted 9 months, 9 days from when the OOC thread was initially posted.

I'm having trouble finding a decent RP region.

I'm modern tech and a decent enough writer. My ideal region is fairly established and moderate-large (30+ nations). A map and canon are musts. I have some ideas for RPs and canon that need to be fleshed out in my new region.

Confederacy Of Allied States has all that.

Im looking for a nice quiet region with a map of earth and doesn't need rp experience to enter, but has some rps going on

Again, I'll suggest Confederacy Of Allied States, though the part with the Earth map won't be restarting until early April or so.

The old region I joined while I was last active looks like it's long gone. I'm a returning player looking for a new home for my displaced interdimensional alien pseudo-hivemind. RP is a plus, but not essential. Anyone comfortable with weird aliens is good, really.

I promise they won't bite. Their "mouths" aren't for eating with anyway.

I recommend International Democratic Union, which was actually the first region to adopt the 'Multi-Species' tag.

I am bored right now and want to find a BETTER good region. All my telegrams got deleted because of anti-spam. I am looking for a region with a map and no I am not doing the goverment roleplay of the the main country (You know what I mean) I be happy to do normal country roleplay etc. Thanks!

Long time NS player here looking for a new region for this particular nation of mine.

I'm looking for a moderate to small region of future tech RPers. I'd prefer a region that has a map, uses off-site forums, and said forums are well-organized. It would be nice to RP with serious to semi-serious writers. I have no use for a region with a regional government so I guess if it has one great, but I have no interest in getting involved. It would also be nice if the setting for the FT scenario was a galaxy, in particular any galaxy but the Milky Way.
