I think my current region doesn't really do it for me. I would like another region. I think the only criteria I have for a region is that I would like for it to have a map and for the people there to like world building. That they will likely help me with building my factbook. If you know of any regions like that, tell me.

I am trying to work on a map for my region, the Union of Kaishen Islands but I'm useless at making factbooks.

I don't know if you're up for past-tech (medieval) regions and roleplay, but if you are, try ours: Medieval Europe.

Can anyone suggest a an RP-oriented region with offsite forums? Preferably Modern Tech with an emphasis on a world building and story aspect rather than the 'RP to win' I normally come across....

Not quite. Your region can have one thread to advertise itself in. With regards to this thread, if you think your region matches what someone who has posted here is looking for, you are welcome to reply to them and explain why. If someone else then later posts that they're looking for a region and again you think yours is suitable, you can reply to that as well, explaining why, and so on.

However, this thread should not be used to post generic adverts. You should only give specific replies to those who have posted here seeking a region.

I've seen a couple over the years, but regions based on just one anime (even if it spanned several series) don't last very long. It's just too small a niche to attract a new nations to join. (There's been various attempts at creating Naruto and Bleach-based regions over the years, for example, and none of them lasted. The only exception seems to be MLP based regions, but it's a cartoon, not an anime).

You'll have better luck at a more generic region like Anime or some of the larger Anime tagged regions like mine.
