Teremara is in search of players. Our application process can be intimidating, but talking through it helps and the right player should be able to fill out the app pretty easily.
The region is current MT/slight PMT based, but we're wanting to do a lot of PT RP to fill in canon gaps, and maybe dabble in some FT down the road.

We do prefer vet RPers, but are open to those new players willing to put in time and effort to write and build canon and can show their chops with RP links or other writing samples.

Currently, we are in search of a player who would want to place a Nordic and/or Eastern European style puppet (or main nation) in our region that can be used towards a bit of canon for a Nordic (cold climate) war that happened in the region 5+ years ago. The puppet will need to have hosted allied coalition forces pre-liberation of an occupied neighbor (Glisandia), as well as hosting the exiled Grand Duke and Royal government-in-exile during the occupation.
We're trying not to load up on too many NPCs, hence why we seek either someone who needs to home such a nation, or wants the challenge of creating such a nation or
secondary puppet. Preferably, this nation is non-leftist, as the aggressor in the war is hard line socialist (Yellow Star Republic).
Other than the war and a little bit of other historical canon that we'd like you to link up, the rest of this nation's history and future, culture and economy is yours to do with as you wish.

The Western Isles might fit you. It's a Modern Tech RP region with a custom map (non-Earth, it is a bit complicated but.. yeah, see it yourself). There are some cartographers in the region that would be willing to draw you a map of your territory, including myself.

Regardless of what region you end up in, we are always looking for new comrades in the International Socialist Congress. We are a gathering of like minded players from several regions who want to RP for the socialist cause and have OOC discussions about leftist topics. You can also make connections there with players who do run or reside in socialist regions.

Looking for a semi-active region with a small group of players yet are tightly-knit? Want to help make a region better by running for offices and running under different political parties (given you follow and read the constitution, of course, meaning that there's a certain period of time where you can't run)? Want to develop lore in a custom world (though influences from real-life are allowed)?

We're willing to do RPs of many different types (we've recently started a Medieval RP), and we also have a discord server where we plan game-sessions (though the time zones of different members do have an affect on our schedules).

Must be active, have a backstory, have in character history, and would be understanding and helpful. Discord not required, but would be nice. Must also have coffee. Not the best RPer here but still, would like to join if possible.

Preference is placed on sovereignty of individual nations, with preference placed on non earth map. In other words, I'd like to be myself, and not pick another nation or a real life place if possible.

Viranos has a nice non-Earth map with lots of underlying lore to it and focuses on RP, worldbuilding and interweaving the histories of everybody's nations. We strive for quasi-realism as well as a cohesive world and narrative, but generally allow members free reign over their nations as long as it isn't too outside of our genre or disruptive to the RP world.

Hello there! What you may be looking for is the New West Indies, a region of about 60-70 nations, many of which actively roleplay. We mostly utilize Modern Tech while dabbling in FT as well. As far as the RP goes, you can definitely roleplay whatever you'd like, political or otherwise. Much of the RP contains international diplomacy, military campaigns, and economic activity.
