Hey guys! If you guys are looking for a fantastic region to rp in, please consider coming to Lezra! We have around 30 members, with a good number of active members too. We quite possibly have the most rmb posts per capita of any region on the site, or at least we used to. We roleplay the early 1800s in an alternate universe. While I can't say for certain any major RP regions use Earth's map or have greater Iran left unclaimed (The middle east is so popular) I do recommend Anteria for you. It has everything except the last part of your request.

If that's mainly peaceful RP you want, rather than wars, then you could try International Democratic Union. We don't have any other 'Pony' nations yet, but we do have multiple sapient species (and were, in fact, the very first region to adopt the 'Multi-Species' tag...) rather than just humans.
