Thanks for helping me finding a region, really.

If anything, anytime I always make a region, it fails to attract people. So thanks, that's not what I wanted.

Bougainville has a point- unless that enormous land claim was just a joke.
You're asking for around 1/6 of an entire map. Taking one continent seems to be overdoing it, but extending it to two others is downright greedy and op. So it'd be best to claim a sensible amount of territory or make your own region.

You do realize there have been more than two hundred empires; possible, informal, and declared. If everyone in a region wanted to have a map space the size a historical empire there would be no map space for everyone. While nationstates isn't about copying the history of a real nation. It's about creating the history of your nation. Pick a small spot on a map, but have a history about your nation used to be big. Then later on down the line, let a dictator assume power by means of rallying people with a promise to re-unite with what the nation once was. Some regions allow people to expand their map claims if they do it via RP.

While Spain didn't start out like that. You're asking to join a region starting out like that, Spain for much of its early history was an array kingdoms at each others throats. If you intend to join a Modern-Tech region the only state comparable to that in size is Russia. Your claim is roughly 21,108,263 km², Russia is just over 17,000,000km² and the majority of Russia is either barren frozen wasteland, desert, mountains, or marshland. While despite what it looks like on a map, Russia is really a landlocked nation. Much of its populace lives on its southern and western borders. The northern ports it does have are only operable at small windows of the year, and if it wants to leave through the Black Sea its navy has to pass through the port of Istanbul a NATO member. While the areas you seek to claim are prime real estate the entire western coastline of North America, and South America. Adding the Philippines, Mediterranean, and Spain on top of that is ridiculous overkill. Not only would you control every single western port on North America, and South America. But you would be able to create a huge monopoly on crops like coffee, chocolate, palm oil, rubber, and sugar (just to name a few) because of the large control of equatorial areas.

If you can find a region that will accept such an outlandish claim more power to ya'. But, come next july I'll have been on the site for a decade and I can't think of one region I've come across that would accept such a claim.

Seriously, just create your own region. That’s what a friend and I did and we’ve actually managed to grow, which does come with sacrifice. Or, you could try and just scale the claim down. The whole Spanish Empire concept is doable with a smaller claim.

I am not really looking to go on a recruiting spree, and am looking only for nations who would like to find a good right wing region in this game. We are a right wing, conservative type of region known mostly for our love and knowledge of history&politics, and slight, easy-going roleplay. We plan to grow, but only with nations that would participate in our region’s activities. If anyone is interested that would like to join THE VUN, I would be trilled to see you stop by!
