How do I invade a nation I hate? I have a larger army and better tech so I suspect I would win.

You don't know that for a fact. And you can't really 'invade' per say. You have to RP it out, or else it would be considered 'godmodding'.
Please refer to my nation IC as the Kingdom of Rome or Roman Kingdom.

This a RP based game, there isn't a way to physically invade an nation, only in Role Play. If you want to invade people there are games that will provide that service. Though I'd warrant the RP wars are more fun
