Hi all!
I'm brand new to this game and I did not found this issue through the search engine:
Is there an "official" ranking for the 3 characteristics of a nation (civil rights, economy, political freedoms)?
I mean: is there a predetermined lis of "poor, average, good, etc." and what is it?
I need it in order to make an Excel evaluation of progress/regress by assigning a number to those rates.
