A respectable position. I'd have to disagree with that because of how I interpret the award: a celebration of the actual player's influence, not the influence that the player's deletion had. I'd argue that the recruitment change came about not because of Bob's deletion, but because of the LKE's subsequent relentless pursuance of the change. If they had kept quiet and just tolerated the hand they were dealt, I don't think that change happens.

Halcones' deletion caused the collapse of TBR, if I recall the actual facts of the handling of the founder correctly. Bob's deletion, while it would have been a blow to TBR, would not have utterly collapsed it without Halcones' additional DoS status.

The recruitment bans were, in the long run, a mere blip on the radar for those regions. They've all gotten back what they lost from it and more.
