The Republic of Texas Realist Religious Equality act.

This act is always to be upheld no matter what and shall not be altered unless the people want it to be.
Section 1. Government Obligations.
1. The Government of Texas Realist shall allow its people to worship any deity they want.
2. The government shall not favor any religion and thinking.
3. States within the country can though if they want.
4. Never shall any religious test be made for qualification to run for any office. (Except one)
5. The only the only thing they will be asked before the individual sign up to run is if they will put their job before their beliefs. (Also counts for atheists.)
Section 2. People's Rights.
1. Religions, atheists, and agnostics if any of them have hatred for others they shall be banished.
2. The government and people shall be respectful of every individuals belief of said individuals that reside in the nation.
3. People will have the right to deny service to gays and transgenders for it is not discrimination.
4. For those two mentalities shall have businesses for them only. State faculties like the capital, state parks, parks, museums, and public facilities like arenas are open to them. National facilities are open to all.
5. Religion is allowed in schools but not in public office such as President, Congress, and the Supreme Court.

The Republic of Texas Realist Congress approved this by a two-thirds vote.
The President of The Republic of Texas realist introduced this as a bill.
The Supreme Court of The Republic of Texas Realist in Texas Realist vs. The Atheists Chuch of Bexar fond the law constitutional.

Meanwhile in the real texas this law is veto'ed because is Christianity or your satan there

I'm not satanists or Christian in matter of fact I'm not atheist either I just sort of came up with my own way.

I based this on what I thought no actually what I know would be best for my nation.

these ones are probably the most controversial I think.

The British government is mostly neutral on this law. We are glad that gays and transgender people can be denied service though. This law is compatible with fascist ideology.

Our people commend your steps to codify religious freedom. We should advise, though, that businesses should be allowed to discriminate or integrate at their leisure.
