Can I expect the other regions and roles that all other members here hold to take precedence over this, and it to fade? Do you plan to use recruits here for said other regions?
Thank you.

I assume you're referring to Cimmeria- but between this thread and masked users on their forum, there are 10 different members of this raider org. Only Cora and Vandoosa are part of Cimmeria, and neither Cora or Vandoosa have registered on the forum of the Brotherhood of Shadows. There is a significant crossover in membership with DEN, but DEN has significant crossover with all current raider organizations. There's no weird conspiracy to flood the Gameplay forum here.Sedgistan wrote:Tim-Opolis wrote:Honestly, it looks like the same exact people as in every other group, doing the same exact stuff as every other group; have half a mind to inquire in moderation about the legality of the same players essentially running multiple recruitment threads.
It's a fair question. If people are running multiple organisations that are nothing more than the same group of people operating under a few different flags/names, then it's going to look to us like they're doing it to evade the recruitment limits. That would lead to further moderator action (locking of threads, barring regions from TG recruiting etc.).

I'd love to hear specifics on why you think the idea that community will be more important than raiding in this region. As far as I can tell, the only reason why you think that's crap is because Cora is involved.

It's kinda like Asy and The Mafia, when I think about it...

I haven't heard the specifics of that speech, so I'm going to make my own guess without the details, but I count 10 people in this org, and of the 3 that came to raid in that first update, none were the high commanders (Sci, Cora, Vandoosa). It looks like the tags happened simply because they felt like tagging, not because of a major push by Scientiam. I wouldn't call him a liar yet.Ridersyl wrote:Klaus Devestatorie wrote:If it's kinda like your dislike of Asy and The Mafia, then my guess is correct.
I'm just messing with you, Ava.
The specifics on why I think it's crap is because the 'community over raiding' speech was leveled to me the same day he claimed he was coming up with the idea for it. That was only a day or so before this launched indicating to me that Scientiam barely even attempted to gather a community before launching it, and then they're out raiding barely 24 hours after the launch. It looks like just another tag raiding squad.

I only mean to point out how derivative of TBR the theme is. The "shadow person" depicted in the image above is similar to a ringwraith; a popular sort of figure in TBR update posts. It's especially noticeable when this group starts at the same time as a "revived" Black Riders (with one of the same members).
