It was given to me, and I employed certain "resources" to then gain access to it.

He doesn't have any reason to release code more than Eluvatar has a reason to release his code for defender ops. If the mods find a issue with it they'll act, no need to make it a issue otherwise.

I disagree. FT was not written by a a known DoS player, and is present in several IRC channels. Predator on the other hand is tightly locked down, and requires authentication against Halc's (a known DoS player) server. Thus anyone using Predator, or and derivative of it, is colluding with a known DoS player.

So "colluding with a known DoS player." makes one a enemy of state to the point anything they make is instantly suspicious and bound to be illegal?

Huzzah! 3 riders went into battle on a mission. They were going to prove what TBR is still capable of in a new era, in spite of everything. The team set a new 3rd era record for total hits, and several personal records such as most points by a single rider (21) were also broken.

TBR 3rd Era organisation's building process is going on, and it's essential parts aren't anyway hidden from public, and it happens under eyes of both TBR's traditional defender enemies, supervision of NS moderation, and experienced raider veterans. Why? Because there aren't anything that should be particularly hidden. Raiding is legal part of game. Our programmatic raiding tools are legal (some of them widely distributed and shared). The organisation itself try act internally in way the rules of game wouldn't be broken either intentionally, or accidentally, as it's the requirement of raider profession.

Cheating doesn't make anyone good, badass raiders, that The Elite Cavalry particularly welcomes to join. Huzzah!

On Cimmeria and Cimmerian Mercs project. Its officially ended now, and it's organisation integrated to the Black Riders. While I can understand certain sentimental feelings from my Cimmerian brothers and sisters, I want also remind that we fulfilled The Unit's strategic mission, together in Joy with Honor, and often in circumstances not anyway optimal for our tasks. We did that on a harsh field battle conditions and real R/D combat environment, against the enemy. We did it at the real R/D landscapes and in the true home of Cimmerians: Tagfields. We succesfully kept safe and brought our sacred tome Codex Incursus under the new sky through the turmoil Hyborian times, after the Gods sank Atlantis, before rise of the Sons of Arius...

It doesn't look better when you fail to report them and then defenders or other detractors point them out, because then it looks like you were embarrassed by your misses and trying to conceal them. As Cora noted, anyone can see misses or successful defenses, and if they aren't included in a report they're often brought up anyway. Transparency makes it clear that you're not bothered by one or two misses in a sea of successes.

Tons of misses were concealed in tag raids by TBR reports during the previous era, and they were rarely ever pointed out. Defenders normally only pointed out what they defended (when it made the report as a successful 'Hit'), and only the most obsessive anti-TBR players bothered to filter through the activity feed to look for our misses.

On the subject of transparency. If transparency has been such a good idea for R/D reporting, where are all the reports on failed ops for TBH, UDL, LWU, TITO, etc?
Can you link me to one of them describing how their trigger "valiantly mistimed their soldier's arrival resulting in a well-organized but ultimately futile attempt"?
