Greetings, members of ARMM!
This is the thread in which you are entitled to make territorial claims on the ARMM Regional Map.
Rules:
1) This is the only place where claims will be recognised. Any claims made verbally, via telegram, or through any other form of communication, will not be taken as official. You must state your claim here, in this thread.
2) The claiming system will work on a first-come-first-served basis. If you wish to negotiate an adjustment to an existing claim, you must do so with the player who owns the territory you wish to adjust. To make the adjustment, I must have explicit confirmation from both players in this thread.
3) You may notice two grey areas on the current map. These are regions that have already been claimed through informal channels - however, to avoid favouritism, both of these are subject to the 'first-come-first-served' rule and must be made official in this thread. Therefore, anyone may claim this land until the players do so. I have shaded them in grey, however, as a warning to those who may wish to claim the land that the two players involved are Joolsland and Frogtopia - two of the most argumentative individuals the majority of us have had the... opportunity (?) to meet.
4) The blue area is my claim - as the first person on this thread, I technically get first dibs per the first-come-first-served rule. However, I am willing to discuss adjustments to the claim if anyone desires parts of my small strip of land for whatever reason.
5) Obey all ordinary forum rules, lest you bring the wrath of the mods down upon us.
6) Add 'snufflepuff' to the beginning of your claim post, just to make sure you've all read the rules. If it is not there, the claim will be rejected and you will be reminded to read the rules.
7) No swearing, insults, or other forms of inappropriate language. Keep it PG please. This is a map claim thread, not a rowdy bar.
8) Do not post unless you are a member of ARMM.
If you want a specific claim, an image is preferable. If not, I will accept descriptions on the basis of whether or not they are understandable. 'The small island' is not clear, for example.
