RECRUITMENT CONFERENCE (Exterior Conference I)

Hello Member-Nations of The Western Isles and due to a little mistrust in yours truly by the former President and founder as well as my inability to fund a lot more stamps for recruitment, I call on you HEROES to give the Secretary Of Exterior, yours truly... Ideas!

This Conference will be administrated by yours truly, Me, and you may ask me questions (SoE related) and introduce ideas per phase.

This Conference will have three established phases.

Phase 1 - Preparation (Each Member Nation will have to post on this thread as an official declaration for Joining) - Will end in the 15 of November.
Phase 2 - Discussion (Each Member Nation will be able to post their ideas on the thread on recruitment)
Phase 3 - End (Each Member Nation will have the ability to speak about policies other than recruitment; Foreign Embassies, Regions and Gameplay Seminars and so on.)

If you wish to publish an idea in Phase 2 please take a notice to make a constructive approach to things.

Its one of the top three ideas, the other being an API system and member-nations going within the Pacific to the newly founded to recruit.

Site policy supersedes your region policy, and the Guide to the Gameplay forum clearly states that there's no thread ownership here, no "X region only" threads, and that you should plan your region's internal affairs on your RMB or an offsite forum.
