How to make puppet states?

Please remember you can only have one nation in the WA.

It is perfectly OK to swap your WA status around, and you can apply (but not accept) with another nation ahead of time. The key thing is that you must make sure you have resigned from the WA with nation 1 before joining with nation 2.

Apply with the same email to make sure you don't accidentally have 2 nations in the WA(don't try to circumvent it, the mods will know).

Step 1: Make a new nation
Step 2: BOOM! Puppet!

Just don't put your puppets in the WA or you'll get banned or something

I'm told that NS++ can help you make and manage your puppets.

You guys must be specific:

1. Click Logout.
2. Click Create Nation
3. Fill stuff out
4. You made a puppet
