This weapon is seen in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. The Excalibur is Belka's "pride", so to speak. It is the tallest Super Weapon ever created in the Ace Combat Series and, theoretically, has the largest range of them all. It's unsupported range is 54 Miles, however, when it is supported by aircraft or satellites equipped with mirrors or other reflective equipment; the range is unlimited. However, it retains its pin point accuracy. It can wipe out fleets of planes with its laser, in addition to it's primary use as a ABM. (Anti-Ballistic Missile)
If you want it to be a laser then I'll make it one. The point is, that the completed whatever wouldn't have problems with what Bears mentioned. My whatever would just use chemical energy to shot beams of whatever that blow stuff up. If it's PMT then I'll use it in PMT rps. What's the big whoop?
